Documentation

You can find documentation in pdf format in the installation directory. The installation directory on Windows is /Program Files/Creative Network Design/<name of software>. The installation directory on Mac OS X is /Applications/<name of software>. Installer CD's shipped sinced January 2006 also contain a /Documentation/ folder. In NetMix, NetMix Pro and RipIT, the documentation PDF's can be revealed by selecting menu Help > Documentation.

Support Request

You can request support by email using our online support form.
NetMix and NetMix Pro feature the menu Help > Contact Support, that links to the support form with automatic reporting of your NetMix Pro version and operating system version.

Updates

Updates are released frequently. Make sure you register your software and sign up for our newsletter, to stay tuned about new versions and to download updates. New features, bug fixes and known issues are documented in a pdf called "What's new.pdf". The pdf is in the /Documentation/ folder. Please read it carefully.
